Their range is of of over 400 wines from all major wine producing countries and their prestigious regions includes some excellent single vineyard wines from Germany (including the comparatively rare German Red and especially Languedoc- Roussillon S. France, which is a major source of our wines from small family producers.
Village Wines was originally established in 1984 by a family of wine enthusiasts who realised that very few wine merchants provided a professional and personal wine service, supplying high quality wines directly from the growers to the general public and trade outlets.
To this day we are still the same fully independent, family-owned business, operating from our shop in Bexley Village, Kent. We are proud to have developed a high reputation as a specialist wine merchant.
We strive to offer you diversity, choice and above all, value for money without compromising on quality.
We concentrate on importing wines from family-owned estates and vineyards, where the wines are made only in small, exclusive batches – these wines are not generally available through any major retail outlet.
We welcome the individuality that independent winemakers bring to their wines and wine-making, often using organic practices
